Well,  you can't run a Linux application if Linux isn't installed,
can you? You can't browse the web if you don't have a web browser.
You  can't  interpret  a  REBOL  script  if you don't have a REBOL
interpreter. :-)

However,  if you are interested in creating an executable file out
of a REBOL script, you may wish to contact RT about REBOL/Encap.
