Is there any platform in which

        %.../

would mean the parent of the parent?
ie.
        %one/two/three/.../

would resolve to be:

        %one/

I have never seen anything like this, just checking.

In windows 2k, %... is not a valid file or directory
name, and attempts to access it through dos, windows
or rebol causes an access error.

So I have another question:
Is there any platform on which %... is a valid filename?
(I suspect linux.)
