Something very nasty happened a week or so ago on the Internet -- the effects are visible on the 30-day graphs at http://www.internettrafficreport.com/ On days like that, and sometimes for days afterwards, lots of sites are accessible only via specific routes. If your ISP can't access that route, the sites you want are inaccessible to you.
