It is a (bad) Rebol standard for network activity.

I see it on Windows 98. It cannot be deleted for what i know.

But, good new, i do not see it any more on the new 1.2.8 beta, under Window
98.

Perhaps you are using the new beta under Window and the standard View version
under Linux.
