On the rebol site it says Command has:

        Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
Client-side Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and
Transport Layer Security (TLS) with HTTPS protocol.
        Includes: SSLv2, SSLv3 and TLSv1with DES, 3DES and
        ARCFOUR in all strengths.
RSA keys and DSA/DH keys are supported.

Can someone knowledgeable about SSL and secure sites
tell me if this covers most of the methods for securing
sites in common use today?

I'm not asking for a guarantee, just is it likely to
cover most situations?
Are there any big algorithms or ciphers that are missing
from the above list?
I am fairly new to SSL and I could miss some things like
this.

Anton.
