Could not agree more. Leaving the naming issues aside, it seems that three
broad "flavours" of REBOL are being discussed:

1.   code writers - Full development environment
2.   reblet users - Expandable "player"
3.   app users - Binary produced by 1) or an addition to 1) (aka Encap)

I don't consider Encap a "version" of REBOL per se as it is not a
stand-alone environment. It instead takes the output of 1) to create 3).
