Which means people who woudl contribute do not contribute because they can't 
ignore the rules. And are worried they dont understand or do someting wrong. 
Currently standards are set because scripts are accepted and commented 
("better do" etc). If its reaonable, people adopt.
I don't know how strict cpan is.
A style-document is somewhere, aout your three examples. Then i like a lot of 
example-scripts in RT-style instead of more rule-documents. IMHO people like 
to copy style when beginning. Hmm, eventually rebol.org could mark 
RT-style-scripts so people can look up "official" examples when in doubt?
