This snippet from your log looks to me like the Net-utils/confirm function
has not been called with the multiline refinement. The only place I can find
this happening is in the Close function of the FTP protocol - but I'm not
sure it will help.

Use a new session and paste this into your console, then retry your tests
please.

code: second get in system/schemes/ftp/handler 'close
if equal? code/5/3 'net-utils/confirm [
    head insert tail code/5/3 'multiline
]

I'm not convinced that is the problem yet, but I have no other leads to
follow right now.

I've no experience with that.

Brett.
