No easy way at this point. I've seen the occasional request to have REBOL available as a DLL or static lib, which could be a cool way to do things, but I don't know if it makes sense for RT. Depending on your needs, you could write the UI in one tool and then use some IPC mechanism (e.g. sockets) to send data to a REBOL app for processing.
