http://rebolhelp.com/ While there's not much help there yet, (and what is seems to be mostly ripped from elsewhere - it's no doubt a work in progress), it does have a nice and concise description of REBOL in its front page - see "Concepts". (And I like the "both sided" description. I mean, who ever heard "X Internet" talked about with a straight face? What could be more vague and buzz-wordy like? "both-sided" actually means what it says and could possibly catch on as a term.) There's also a message board on it, for those looking for a new REBOL message board.
