This is brilliant, Sunanda. Now let me suggest that you add a <meta robots=3D"rix" noindex> tag (approx.= syntax from memory) to the ML pages so that a mailing list search will be= something else than a rix search.
I already was thinking about excluding the ML pages from the rix, since most= hits one gets from the rix now are ML hits... I'll put a link up on the rix home page, if that's ok.
