Artichoke Dip

1 can artichoke hearts (in water, not oil)
1 can chopped green chiles
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Drain and coarsely chop the artichoke hearts.  Mix all ingredients together in
a glass baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbling.  Serve
with crackers, crudites or tortilla chips.   I *always* quadruple (yes,
quadruple!) this recipe when making it for a group.

Sometimes, I add some thawed and thorougly-drained frozen spinach to the dip.
It's MUCH less expensive than the artichoke hearts, and it stretches the
recipe a bit.
