  12            Ounces  Dried Fusilli Or Penne Pasta
  4             Ounces  Pecorino Romano Cheese -- coarsely grated
  2        Tablespoons  Olive Oil
  2        Tablespoons  Prepared Garlic-flavored Oil
     3/4      Teaspoon  Freshly Ground Black Pepper
     1/4      Teaspoon  Salt -- or to taste

Bring a large pan of water to boil, add pasta and cook according to package
directions.
While pasta is cooking, grate the cheese and set aside. In a small bowl
combine the olive oil, garlic oil, pepper and salt.
Before draining the pasta, remove 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid. Drain pasta
and return to hot pan. Add seasoned oil and enough cooking liquid to moisten
pasta.  Quickly toss in cheese and serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
