***CAKE***
1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup self-rising flour
1 large can chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
***FIRST ICING***
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
12 large marshmallow
1 14 oz package fine coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
***SECOND ICING***
1 stick margarine
1/3 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large package semisweet chocolate chips
Bake all the above cake ingredients in a 325:F oven for 50-60 minutes. To make
the FIRST ICING: Bring the milk to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Add the sugar and
marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat and add coconut and
vanilla. Spread on cake. To make the SECOND ICING: Bring all to a boil and boil
2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir until melted.
Spread on top of coconut.
