Something a bit different for dessert.

LEMON BRANDY JELLY

1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
85g pkt lemon jelly crystals
2 Tbsp brandy
1 cup sweetened natural yoghurt

SUGARED ROLLED OATS:-
2 Tbsp rolled oats
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tsp butter

Heat lemon juice in a saucepan with sugar, stirring until sugar has
dissolved.  Stir boiling water and lemon juice together and add with
the brandy to the lemon juice.  Stir to combine.
Cool.  Pour into four, 1-cup capacity containers.
Refrigerate until set.
Decorate with yoghurt and Sugared Rolled Oats.

Sugared Rolled Oats:-
Place oats, sugar and butter in a saucepan over a low heat.
Stir until sugar dissolves and butter melted.  Rolled oats should be golden
brown.
Pour on to a board to set.  Chop roughly when cold.
