Anything Marinade

3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
3-4 tablespoons golden syrup
1/2 tsp tarragon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic salt
tiny squirt of angostura aromatic bitters

Mix together and marinate any meat. This is best on chicken. When cooking,
lightly brush once with marinade as it tends to burn. While the meat is cooking
heat the marinade to a boil and simmer a few minutes.  Use as a sauce and serve.
