Cajun Potato Salad

Joan's How To: Cajun Potato Salad

one recipe of any basic mayonaisse based potato salad for 6 to 8 servings
a few Tbsp. cajun mustard to taste ( available at gourmet stores )
dashes of tobasco sauce to taste
1 small bunch fresh chopped dill
chopped red onion to taste
several hard boiled eggs chopped

Miz together and chill well.
This is nice for barbecues and picnics
