Partridge is a bird that I have difficulty finding any nice recipes for.
So Could anyone suggest a simple, tasty dish from a pair of Partridge for 2
persons. Many thanks
This is a very simple, yet very tasty way to use partridge
Partridge Casserole
Several partridges cooked and deboned
1/4 cup butter
8 oz herb stuffing mix
1 can cream chicken or mushroom soup
diluted with a can of water or broth
Toss and lightly brown the stuffing mix in the butter.
In casserole, layer 1/2 of the stuffing mix,then the meat, the soup mix
and top with remaining stuffing mix.
Bake, uncovered for about 30 min at 350.
