This recipe serves 100 or more, so cut it down accordingly. I've also
had people email me that didn't know what Ranch Style Beans are - I
guess if they don't have them in your area you could use pinto beans,
but they wouldn't be the same since I have no idea how to season them to
make them come out like Ranch Style. These didn't sound good to me at
first, but they turn out wonderful and are really easy. We had many
compliments on them when we catered a BBQ reunion!

BBQ Beans for 100 People

3 gallons Ranch Style Beans
1 gallon crushed tomatoes
3 pounds brown sugar
1/2 of a smoked brisket, chopped

Drain the juice from one of the cans of Ranch Style Beans. Mix in a
large roaster oven with the other 2 cans of beans, the tomatoes, sugar
and brisket. Heat on low until heated through; keep warm to serve.
