The Simplest Lasagna

500 g lean mince
1 jar pasta sauce
1 pkt lasagna sheet pasta
basil
60 g butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk
parsley

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cook mince until browned add basil during
cooking Once cooked add pasta sauce and simmer on low heat Make white sauce.
melt butter on medium heat in a saucepan Add flour and combine - best done with
a whisk, and cook out for 1 minute.  add milk and stir continuously until it
thicken and stir through parsley. Put a layer of mince on bottom of lasagna
dish, then pasta sheets, then white sauce, making sure to cover all of the pasta
sheet with white sauce, and continue layering until dish is full. Spray a piece
of aluminum foil and cover lasagna.  cook in 200 degree Celsius oven for 45
minutes and then remove the foil and cook for a further 10 minutes
