General Tso's Chicken

Makes 2 to 3 servings

1 1/2 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1 tablespoon Dynasty Oriental Marinade
2 tablespoons Dynasty Hoisin Sauce
2 tablespoons Dynasty Black Bean Sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry or water
1 tablespoon Dynasty Chinese Stir-Fry Oil
1 green onion and top, halved lengthwise and cut into 3/4-inch lengths
1/2 cup roasted, salted peanuts
1 teaspoon Dynasty Hot Chili Oil

Coat chicken with marinade; let stand 20 minutes.  Combine hoisin and black bean
sauces with sherry; mix well.  Heat wok or large frying pan over high heat.  Add
oil; coat wok.  Add chicken; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add hoisin sauce mixture and green onion; cook and stir 1 minute or until heated
through. Remove from heat; stir in peanuts and chili oil.  Serve immediately
with hot cooked rice, as desired.
