microwave rice pudding
1/2 pkg (3 1/2) vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling mix 1 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup pre cooked rice 1/4 cup raisins nutmeg place pudding mix in the one quart pot. gradually stir in milk. stir in remaining ingredients except nutmeg. microwave 7-9 minutes or until pudding comes to a boil. stir every 3 minutes during cooking. stir and sprinkle nutmeg. cover with 6 inch lid and let stand 10 minutes.
