CHARLIE PRIDE'S SWEET POTATO PIE
1 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 1/3 c. melted butter 2 beaten eggs 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1/2 tsp. baking powder Pinch of salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Unbaked pie shell Combine sweet potatoes with all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
