Heavenly Corn Bread Ingrediants: 2 slices bacon 1 package Jiffy corn bread muffin mix 1 small bunch green onions,chopped 1 small can whole kernel corn,drained 8 oz can tomato sauce 4 eggs 1 1/2 c jack cheese,grated Instructions: Fry bacon until crisp Crumble. If you like can grease 8x8 inch baking pan with bacon grease or butter. Beat 1 egg and 1/3 c water and add muffin mix. Blend well. Add bacon and onions. Spread in the bottom of the pan. Beat3 eggs together add corn. Spoon over batter mixture,top with tomato sauce and cheese. Bake 350 degrees 30-35 mins or until done,Cut into squares to serve.
