Easy Olive Martini Chicken
This is a fun recipe for chicken in a gin and 
vermouth sauce with green olives.
Makes: 4 servings.
Prep Time:  10 Min
Cook Time:  20 Min
Ready In:  30 Min

2 Tbsp olive oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup gin
1 Tbsp dry vermouth
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup sliced pimento-stuffed green olives

Heat olive oil in a lg skillet over med-hi heat. 
Season chicken with salt & pepper. then place 
in skillet; cook until browned on each side
(abt 5 min per side).Reduce heat to med; add 
butter & garlic. Saute for abt 3 min. Pour in 
gin, vermouth, lemon juice & olives; simmer for
5 -10 min, until the sauce thickens and chicken 
juices run clear.
