hi this is just a warning, some people has untill this Monday to take part in the group or you will be banded so to stay on this group, remember to take part in it at least once every two weeks. or let us know why you can't do this. we don't want to band any one, but the choice is yours to make take part leave or be band for its like a foot ball team, we all have apart to play in it. so how long would a player on a foot ball team last, if they did not play in the game? all we ask of our members is to post a recipe, tip, ask a question, do a replie message to what some one else has posted or said share a joke, tell us what you wached on tv, tell us about music, or a book it dosnt matter just please take part in some way & I don't think one E-mail every two weeks is asking too much, do you? please don't make me band any one, for I dont want to have to do that & to all of you who are taking part, may I say a grate big thank you.
