Butter Pecan Cake Ingrediants: 1 box Butter Pecan Cake Mix 4 eggs 1 cup Milk ½ cup Vegetable Oil 1 container of coconut pecan icing (like you put on German Chocolate Cakes) ½ cup crushed pecans Directions: Heat oven to 325. Spray fluted cake pan (I used a Bundt cake pan) with cooking spray and sprinkle crushed pecans on the bottom of the pan. Mix cake mix, eggs, milk and oil until well blended. Add icing and mix until completely blended. Pour into prepared cake pan. Bake on 325 for 1 hour or until done. Let rest for about 10 minutes and invert onto cake plate.
