Cheese Casserole
8 slices white bread
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste 
Remove the crust from bread slices and cube bread. Layer with cheese in
a 2 quart buttered casserole. 
Beat eggs with milk. Add salt and pepper. Pour over bread and cheese and
let set 6 hours or overnight. 
Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly-- 30-40 minutes. 
This is a good brunch or supper dish.
