>Meatballs Ingredients:

>Waikiki Sauce Ingredients:
>1 tablespoon LAND O LAKES Butter
>1 small (3/4 cup) red bell pepper, chopped
>1 (10-ounce) jar (about 1 cup) sweet and sour sauce
>1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, undrained
>2 tablespoons sweetened flaked coconut
>
>Rice Ingredients:
>Hot cooked rice or noodles
>Sweetened flaked coconut, if desired
>Heat oven to 400°F. Combine all meatball 
>ingredients in medium bowl; mix well.
>Shape meatballs into 24 (1 1/4-inch) balls. 
>Place into ungreased 13x9-inch glass baking 
>dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until center 
>of meatballs are no longer pink. Drain off fat.
>To make sauce, melt butter in 2-quart saucepan
