Mix and Match Snacks
Snacks are key to staying in the Zone, but it can be hard to find the
right balance of foods when you're on the go — especially if you
haven't planned ahead. To make snack time easy, choose one portion from
each of the categories below and create your own snack! Each category
includes several satisfying and portable foods that are available all
year round: 
Protein
1 string cheese
1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 ounces deli meat 
Carbohydrates
1/2 cup grapes
1 kiwi
1/2 nectarine
1/2 apple
1/2 pear 
Fat
6 peanuts
3 olives (green or black) 
1/2 teaspoon natural peanut butter

1  beef flank steak (1 lb.) 1 small  onion, sliced 1 cup  sliced
mushrooms  1 medium  tomato, chopped 1/2 cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue
Sauce  2 tsp.  Italian seasoning  2  sandwich buns, split  
PLACE steak in slow cooker; top with onions, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Combine barbecue sauce and Italian seasoning; pour over ingredients in
slow cooker. Cover with lid.  COOK on LOW for 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH
for 5 hours). Remove steak from slow cooker; shred with fork. (Or, cut
across the grain into thin strips.) Return steak to slow cooker; stir
gently to evenly coat with sauce.  PLACE 1 bun half on each of 4 serving
plates; top evenly with the steak mixture.
