GOLDEN MASHED POTATOES
 
4 cups cooked cubed potatoes, mashed
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
6 oz. Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up, divided
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
 
Beat potatoes, milk and butter until fluffy. Stir in chives and half of the prepared cheese product.
 
Spoon into 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
 
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
 
Top with remaining prepared cheese product; bake an additional 5 minutes or until prepared cheese product begins to melt.
 
Servings: 6 (1/2-cup) servings
