SOUR CREAM WAFFLES circa 1967 Ingrediats: 1 cup sifted flour ½ tablespoon sugar ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon soda 1 well beaten egg yolk 1 cup heavy sour cream 1 stiffly beaten egg white Directions: Sift dry ingredients. Add combined egg yolk and cream. Beat till smooth. Fold in egg white. Bake on hot waffle iron.
