Chicken or Turkey Tot Pie                                   Use leftover
chicken or turkey in this Tater Tot casserole dish. The kids
will love it!
Ingredients
1 16 oz. pkg. frozen vegetable medley (such as broccoli, cauliflower and
carrots) 
2 C. chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 C. milk
1 Tbs. chopped fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme
4 C. Tater Tots
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine vegetables, chicken, soup, milk and
thyme 
in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring
frequently. Pour mixture into an ungreased 11x17-inch baking dish or 1
1/2-
quart casserole. Arrange Tater Tots in a single layer over chicken
mixture. 
Bake about 45 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown and mixture is
bubbly.
Yield: 6 serving
GREAT COOKING TIP!
You can remove most of the fat from a can of soup by putting it in the
freezer for 10 minutes and scooping the fat off the top.
