Instant semolina cake
Ingredients: 1 cup semolina or sooji, 1 cup milk, ½ cup butter, ½
cup sugar, 2 eggs beaten well, ½ teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon
vanilla essence.
Method: Mix all the ingredients well together to a smooth batter without
lumps. Pour into a greased and floured cake tin and bake in a hot oven
for 10 minutes. Cool and remove from the tin
