Caramel Apple Dessert
8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1-8 ounce container non-dairy whipped topping 3 cups chopped Granny Smith and Golden Delicious apples 1 cup chopped pecans Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Add apples and pecans. Place in refrigerator til cold. Can be served as is as a dessert in a pretty serving dish or over angel food cake.
