ORIENTAL SHRIMP & PASTA SALAD

12 oz fettucini 
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
6 TBL lemon juice 3 TBL honey 
3 TBL finely chopped fresh ginger 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 
2 TBL soy sauce 
Cayenne pepper to taste 
1 1/2 lbs shrimp, shelled & deveined 
2 TBL Oriental sesame oil 
1 cup chopped green onions 
1-2 TBL grated lemon peel 
Choped walnuts, optional 

Cook fettucini according to pkg directions & drain. Let cool.
Mix vinegar,lemon juice, honey, ginger, garlic, soy sauce
& cayenne in large saucepan. Bring mixture to boil.
Cook shrimp in vinegar mixture in small batches for approx. 1 minute.
Set shrimp aside & reserve vinegar mixture.
Combine pasta, shrimp, vinegar mixture, sesame oil,
green onions, lemon peel & walnuts.
Toss well & refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
