Squash Cake
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup oil
3 tsp vanilla
2 Cups self-rising flour
2Cups sugar
3 eggs
2 Cups grated yellow squash 
Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients except squash and mix well. Fold in
squash. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350 for 25-30 min. 
This cake is delicious! Perfect for sneaking a vegetable in too. There's
no icing. It doesn't need it.
