Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with CRISCO No Stick Cooking Spray. Brownies: Place unsweetened chocolate and CRISCO Shortening in large, microwave-safe bowl. Heat at full power for 2 minutes. Stir until mixture is smooth and chocolate is melted. Mix in sugar. Add vanilla extract, then eggs one at a time stirring well after each addition. Mix in flour and salt, a little at a time, stirring until uniform. Spread in prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Topping: In bowl of an electric mixer combine softened cream cheese, eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla extract; beat at medium speed until well blended. Pour evenly over top of brownie mixture. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Place on cooling rack. Run spatula around edge of pan to loosen. Cool completely on cooling rack. Cut into 32 bars.
