Sweet Potatoes with Cinnamon Butter
 
3 Tbs butter
1/2 Tbs brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Salt and  freshly ground pepper to taste
1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into  1/2-inch slices
 
Combine the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in  a
saucepan over moderate heat and cook until the butter has melted, stirring  
to dissolve the sugar.  Toss the sliced sweet potatoes in the butter  mixture 
and grill over indirect heat, basting and turning the slices  occasionally, 
until the potatoes are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves  2/
