LOW CALORIE PASTA SALAD

1 cup plain low fat yogurt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups cooked pasta
2 tablespoon chopped onion
1 8 ounce package crab flakes
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
12 cup celery finely sliced
2 cups vegetables, of your choice

Mix well and refrigerate to blend flavors.
