No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies Makes 2 dozen
2 to 4 tablespoons cocoa 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup milk 1 1/2 cups oatmeal Mix cocoa, milk, oil, and salt in a saucepan. Boil for 3 minutes. Stir the mixture while it boils. Remove from heat. Stir the oatmeal and vanilla into the mixture. Place spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet or onto a large plate.
