Giant Burger

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 to 1 teaspoon pepper
1 3 ounce package cream cheese softened
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon horseradish drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together ground beef and seasonings.
Divide in half. Place half the mixture evenly in a 8 inch pie plate. Mix
together cream cheese, horseradish and mustard. Spread over the meat in the
pie pan; leaving a 1 inch boarder. Shape remaining meat in to a 8 inch
circle. Place over mixture in pan. Pinch edges to seal securely. Bake
uncovered for 55 minutes. Cut in to wedges and serve.
