CHRISTMAS COCOA MIX 150 ml (2/3 cup) brown sugar 7 ml (1-1/2 tsp) cinnamon 15 ml (3 tsp) powdered vanilla (optional) 125 ml (1/2 cup) cocoa 250 ml (1 cup) powdered milk 500 ml (2 cups) powdered coffee whitener
Stir ingredients in a small bowl. Pack into jar or cellophane bag and tie with a pretty ribbon. Attach these instructions to package: Christmas Cocoa: Mix 4 heaping spoonfuls into a mug of hot water. Stir until smooth and creamy.
