Microwave Fudge

Prep: 10 min - Chill: 1 hr

1/2 cup LAND O LAKESĀ® Butter
1/4 cup milk
1 (6-ounce) package (1 cup) semi-sweet real chocolate chips
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine butter, milk and chocolate chips in large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on HIGH until butter and chocolate chips are melted (1 1/2
to 2 minutes).

Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla; beat at medium speed, scraping
bowl often, until smooth (2 to 3 minutes). Spread in buttered 8-inch
square baking pan. Cover; refrigerate until firm (1 to 1 1/2 hours).
Cut into squares.

Makes 3 dozen candies
