Egg Casserole 1 doz. eggs scrambled 1 small jar mushroom stems & pieces, drained 1/2 - 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled (or 1/2 lb. cooked and crumbled sausage.) 1 - 8 oz. jar Cheez Wiz (can use w/pimento) 1 can condensed Cream of Chicken (or Cream of Celery) soup Heat cheese and soup on stove. Pour over eggs and bacon. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly. (30 min. or so???)
