3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
salt-pepper
6 corn tortillas
1 small onion
1 can each of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup
1 cup salsa
cheddar shredded cheese

Preparation..

cook the chicken in pot of water till done and tender add salt-pepper as desired. when it's cool enough to touch tear the chicken into bite size pieces.

in bowl mix together all the remaining ingrediants except the cheese and tortillas and stir well. then add the chicken and stir to blend in.

grease a 13-9 pan and tear tortillas in pieces and add to cover bottom of pan. then pour on some of the chicken sauce and sprinkle with cheese and then add more tortillas and repeat process in layers till all is used with cheese on top.

now cover good with foil and let stay in refrigerator overnight or can be frozen. heat oven to 300 uncover and bake for 1 hour. *if frozen keep wrapped do not thaw and bake at same temp. for 1 hour.

serve with tortilla chips and salad or mexican rice and corn.
