Firecrackers

Ingrediants:

1 lb Cocktail wieners (not smokies) or quartered hot dogs

1 can of beer

1/4 - 1/3 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce (1 small bottle) Med, Tabasco sauce )

Just toss everything in a saucepan and boil until all the liquid

is gone. It's a good idea to open a window or use a good vent

hood while these are cooking - the hot sauce boiling will

certainly clear your sinuses! My kids call it 'toxic nerve gas'!

Serve cold or hot as a snack - around here it only serve 3 or 4

guys.
