Holiday Sausage Stars 1 lb pork sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese 1 loaf white breat, thinly sliced 1/2 cup mayo (*may add mushrooms, onions, peppers etc) to taste
Using a star cookie cutter, cut shapes out of bread slices. Lightly toast; them place on cookie sheet. Combine sausage, cheese and mayo (other ing. if desired) Place a heaping tablespoon of meat mixture onto each star shape. Broil 3-5 mins. or until cheese melts and is slightly bubbly.
