Rosy's Turtle Pretzels Tiny Pretzel Twists 1 pkg Rolo Candy (remove the wrapper) Pecan Halves On a cookie sheet, spread out the pretzels. Place a Rolo candy on top of each pretzel. Put in 250 degree oven for 3 minutes. Just until the Rolo has softened but not melted. Remove cookie sheet from oven and press a Pecan Half on top of each Rolo. Flatten slightly.
