Angel Shortbread Bourbon Balls rolled in pecans
Ingrediants:
Buy bakery Angel Food Cake
1 pound powder sugar
1 Stick Butter (real butter)
Bourbon - brand of your choice.
1 lb. chopped pecans
Directions:
Place pecans between wax paper and crush with rolling pin, or use processor to
grind.
Pinch off golf ball or a little smaller pieces of Angel Food Cake.
Try to mold, just by pressing with fingers, into balls or round shape
Melt butter and cool.
Mix butter and 1 lb. powdered sugar together.
Thin with Bourbon by 1/2 jigger full.
If it gets too thin, just add a little more sugar.
Roll angel food balls in mixture and then roll in pecans.
Place in tin and cover tightly.
Keep in refrigerator.
